  • What is the status of my order:

    Once your order is processed and is on its way, an email with shipping details will be sent to you. If you have any questions on the status of your order, you can contact our customer service team by emailing hydreationjuices@gmail.com.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    We do our best to process orders as fast as possible however, if you wish to change or cancel an order after you've submitted it, please contact our customer service team by email hydreationjuices@gmail.com.

  • How long will my order take to ship and receive?

    We do our best to process orders within 2 – 4 days. However, during the holidays or promotional periods when there’s a higher order volume, we may experience delays in processing your order. Once processed, orders placed with standard shipping will generally take 7-10 business days to arrive to the customer.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship to Canada.
    International orders can be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, these duties vary from country to country, therefore we are unable to determine what the charges might be. For additional information, you may wish to contact your local customs office to get an idea of what these charges may be before placing your order. Please note the transit time for international orders is typically 10 – 14 days
