How long is my juice good for?

Great question! Our juices are not pasteurized to preserve their raw, nutrient-rich goodness. For optimal freshness and taste, we recommend consuming your juice within 3-5 days of purchase. This ensures you experience the full spectrum of vitamins and minerals. Remember to refrigerate promptly and enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of your fresh juice. 

Once a bottle of non-pasteurized juice is opened, it is best consumed within 24 to 48 hours to ensure freshness and safety.

Is the juice organic?

Hydréation is not USDA certified organic. We feel very strongly about using locally sourced & seasonal produce to cold press our juices. By doing this, we can keep our juices at an affordable price point. We live by our mission statement; make it simple, make it taste great, make it affordable and make it for everyone.

How do I store juices and shots?

Juices and shots should always stay in a refrigerated environment until you’re ready to enjoy.

Are there any added sugars?

No! There are no added sugars in our juices.

Are the juices pasteurized?

Our juices are not pasteurized. 

Are your products safe to consume while pregnant?

Please consult your physician as our juices are not pasteurized.

Is sediment/separation normal?

The sediment is a natural occurrence seen in the juices. We recommend shaking the juice in order to shake away separation!

Do you recycle?

Juice Fast

How many days should I cleanse?

The length of your cleanse depends on your individual needs. Cleansing for three to five days is a deeper, more intense experience than cleansing for 1-day. It's up to you and a healthcare professional to evaluate what works best for you and your body. You always want to plan your cleanse for a period of time when you have some flexibility in your schedule and can make your body your top priority. Of course, you can always customize the program to last longer than five days if you so desire. Listen to your body. If you are inexperienced, we recommend starting with our 1-day juice fast. You can always move up in your level if you wish. **We do not recommend cleansing more than twice a month.

How does a cleanse work?

Although everyone is different and must consider the needs of their body as they cleanse, Hydréation’s juice plan recommends drinking 9, 10 ounce juice drinks per day, drinking each beverage every two hours. Drink the first juice when you wake up in the morning and try to drink the last juice two hours before going to bed. Juice cleansing is intended to replace solid meals, though again everyone is different and should consume food, water and juice as needed. Be prepared for changes in your digestion, energy levels and even sleep rhythms as your body adjusts to the cleanse. Also, make sure you stay hydréated with water throughout your cleanse.

How do I break my cleanse?

First things first, give yourself a pat on the back. You did it! You should feel a huge sense of accomplishment. Now it’s about maximizing the benefits and effectiveness of your hard work. Easing off of your cleanse is just as important as easing into the process.

What should I do if I get hungry during my cleanse?

Eat something! We always think you should listen to your body. Drink a cup of warm, plant-based broth or eat a handful of almonds to help tide you over.

Can I exercise while cleansing?

Definitely, but do be gentle with yourself. You are still getting nutrition, but it is wise to pay attention to how you feel considering you are consuming a lower volume of food. You will most likely find that you have lots of energy and if you so desire, go for a light jog or power walk around the neighborhood. Otherwise, we suggest getting some movement with yoga or pilates.

Does cleansing help with weight loss?

Juicing and juice cleanse diets are often used by athletes and health and wellness-minded individuals alike to get more focused and prepare their bodies for their workload. Cleanses reduce your daily calorie intake and may improve overall health. Though, of course, weight loss is a complex, long-term process. If you’re hoping to lose weight, you should always consult with a doctor before embarking on a meal replacement or fasting diet.

Do I need to drink water?

Yes! You need to drink water in addition to your juices to stay hydréated. 

Can I drink coffee or tea?

We don’t recommend consuming caffeine during your cleanse (herbal teas are preferable), but we understand that coffee might be a part of your everyday routine. If you’d like to keep coffee as a part of your daily routine while you’re cleansing, that’s ok!

How does order pickup work?

Order pickup is a convenient and efficient way to receive your purchases. Simply place your order online, choose the pickup option at checkout, and wait for a confirmation that your items are ready. Once notified, head to the designated pickup area at our store. Present your order confirmation to our staff, and they'll assist you in collecting your items.

What do I need to bring for order pick up?

When coming to pick up your order, please bring your order confirmation email. This helps us verify your identity and ensures a smooth and secure pickup process. If you have any specific pickup instructions or requirements, please check your order confirmation for details.

Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

Absolutely! If you're unable to pick up your order personally, you can designate someone else to do so. During the checkout process, you can provide their name, and they will be able to collect the order on your behalf. Ensure they have the order confirmation or any necessary details for a smooth pick-up process.

What happens if I miss my Pickup window?

We understand that schedules can change, and we're here to assist you. If, for any reason, you miss the designated pickup window, please contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience. We'll do our best to work with you and arrange an alternative pickup time that aligns with your updated schedule.

It's crucial to note that our juices are perishable, and time is of the essence to preserve their freshness. To ensure the highest quality and taste, we recommend picking up your order as soon as possible. How do digital gift cards work?

Easy! Select your desired gift card amount, then add to cart. Check your inbox. you’ll receive a gift card email containing instructions on how to view or send the gift card to someone. To use, simply apply the gift card purchase code at checkout and enjoy.

How do I send a digital gift card to someone?

Select your desired gift card amount, then select“I want to send this as a gift”. Fill in the recipient's information, select a delivery date and time, then add to cart. You'll receive a confirmation email once the gift card email has been delivered. the recipient can then view their gift card and start shopping.

What can I use a gift card for?

Gift cards may be used toward any purchase. after an initial purchase, any gift card balance will remain active. All gift card sales are final.
