Orders are typically processed within 2 - 4 days. However, during the holidays or promotional periods when there’s a higher order volume, we may experience delays in processing your order.

What is the status of my order:

Once your order is processed and is on its way, an email with shipping details will be sent to you. If you have any questions on the status of your order, you can contact our customer service team by emailing hydreationjuices@gmail.com

What is your return / exchange policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order juices, we are unable to accept returns. For individual concerns please contact us at hydreationjuices@gmail.com.

All sales are final. If you receive a damaged shipment or the wrong item, simply email hydreationjuices@gmail.comwith your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. Note: There is a 3 day grace period upon receipt of your order to contact us about defects or wrong items.

Merchandise may be exchanged if unworn and there are no signs of damage. Any tags must still be attached.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do our best to process orders as fast as possible however, if you wish to change or cancel an order after you've submitted it, please contact our customer service team by email hydreationjuices@gmail.com.

How long will my order take to ship and receive?

We do our best to process orders within 2 – 4 days. However, during the holidays or promotional periods when there’s a higher order volume, we may experience delays in processing your order. Once processed, orders placed with standard shipping will generally take 7-10 business days to arrive to the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Canada.
International orders can be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, these duties vary from country to country, therefore we are unable to determine what the charges might be. For additional information, you may wish to contact your local customs office to get an idea of what these charges may be before placing your order. Please note the transit time for international orders is typically 10 – 14 days

Hydréation cannot be held responsible for any customs, duties and taxes from importing our products. We encourage you to contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.

Carrier Disputes

In the case that a shipment has failed to be delivered, was delivered to an incorrect address, is delayed, lost, or is being held at a carrier unit, the customer must contact the carrier directly to resolve the matter. Food Over Drugs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
