Our Story

I started Hydréation because I couldn't stop thinking about what it felt like to grow up surrounded by nature's abundance, and I wanted that feeling to be available to everyone.

Hydréation was born in Jamaica — in a yard full of fruit trees, in a childhood rich with abundance, in a life where wellness wasn't something you pursued. It was simply how you lived.

I carried that with me across the world — from the Caribbean to Canada to California. But the further I traveled, the more I noticed what was missing. Fresh, healing food wasn't a given everywhere. For so many, it was a luxury. That realization stayed with me. That knowing became Hydréation.

What started as cold pressed juices — made to order, crafted with intention — has grown into something much bigger. Today, Hydréation is a lifestyle and wellness brand rooted in one unwavering belief: that nourishing yourself is not a privilege. It is a birthright.

That belief shows up in every juice we press, every affirmation card in the ElevateHer collection, and every piece of merch that lets you carry the mission with you. It shows up in the community of people who have chosen to show up for themselves — one intentional choice at a time.
